1868: Prediction of Garino’s cure
Father John Garino has left us this account: In 1861…in the morning of February 3, the feast of St. Blaise, I went to church with the others to have my throat blessed. Shortly afterward, it got terribly sore and I had trouble swallowing. A few days later Don Bosco came to Mirabello…he told me to bear with it until the feast of the Annunciation (March 25). Things turned out exactly that way. (BM Ix, 42)
1883: Grigio again
Don Bosco and father Durando were returning from Vallecrosia. Grigio appeared to them and showed the way and disappeared immediately.”He is probably a son or grandson of the first Grigio,” said Don Bosco. (cfr. MB XVI, 36)
